What are our warranties?

TechniWall guarantees the various steel, aluminum, PVC and various finishing components of its T200 and T100 walls are of good materials and workmanship and free from defects that would render the demountable wall or walls unusable.

TechniWall guarantees all of its walls components for ten (10) consecutive years from the date of their delivery, providing that an installation company certified by TechniWall Americas Inc. installed the TechniWall components. The guaranty is a decreasing value type guaranty; a linear depreciation is used to set the value of a specific component at any given time. During the guaranty coverage period TechniWall Americas Inc. will replace the damaged components at no cost to the client provided they were installed and maintained properly over the life of the guaranty.

Warranty

Any costs related to the removal, storage and disposal of damaged parts as well as any crating, transport, storage and labor costs for the installation of the replacement components will be the sole responsibility of the client.

The guaranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of the components such as scratches, normal variations in the color or texture of the various finishes, any normal changes that might happen to the product over time and any damage caused by improper handling or on-site storage. Panel misalignment or shrinkage is not considered a defect.

The performance or appearance of finishes is not covered.
Abusive use of the product will not be covered by this guaranty.

TechniWall garantit les différents matériaux: acier , aluminium , PVC et autres  composants de ses systèmes T200 et T100 sont de bonne qualité  et de bonne fabrication et exempts de défauts qui rendraient le mur démontable inutilisable .

TechniWall garantit tous les composantes de ses murs pour dix (10) années consécutives à partir de la date de leur livraison, à condition qu’une entreprise d’installation certifiée par TechniWall en ait effectué l’installation. La garantie est une garantie à une valeur décroissante, une dépréciation linéaire est utilisée pour définir la valeur d’un composant spécifique à un moment donné. Au cours de la période de couverture de garantie TechniWall   remplacera les composants endommagés, sans frais pour le client à condition qu’ils soient installés et entretenus correctement pendant toute ​​la durée de la garantie.
